Victus Marketing Case Study
Building a Marketing System for a High-Growth Real Estate Software Startup
Feasibly partnered with Victus Marketing to architect a complete marketing system for its national launch in the commercial real estate sector. The engagement connected brand, identity, website, content, paid media, analytics and audience intelligence into one coordinated platform designed to drive awareness, credibility and qualified demand.
Feasibly is an AI-powered real estate feasibility platform that delivers fast, accurate market and financial feasibility analyses for commercial projects in days instead of months. Guided by human expertise, the platform combines high-speed analytics with trusted data and professional validation to support both internal planning decisions and external funding requirements across multifamily, retail, hotel, office, sports, entertainment and mixed-use developments.
The system built for Feasibly established its position as a category-shaping entrant, equipped the startup with a scalable go-to-market engine and laid the foundation for sustained pipeline growth through paid and organic channels.
Website Architecture & Content Engine
A conversion-driven website was developed as the core of Feasibly’s marketing system. The build included a homepage, sectors hub, pricing and product tiers, founders’ story, press room and lead-capture pathways. All copy was crafted to balance clarity, authority and technical accuracy while reinforcing the brand’s human-guided AI positioning.
The site was designed to function as both an educational resource and a sales engine, enabling direct trial interest, early pipeline signals and media visibility.
Expert-Level Writing & Story Development
To establish trust in a new category, the system relied on authoritative writing and structured messaging. Every page, product description, value proposition and campaign asset was written in-house using a blend of journalism-grade clarity and advanced AI input architecture.
This ensured consistent voice across the website, press materials, campaign assets and ongoing content—an essential requirement for early-stage companies operating in technical markets.
Brand & Identity System
Feasibly’s full identity system was created from the ground up, including logo, color palette, type system, tone guidelines and a comprehensive style guide. The identity reinforced Feasibly’s position at the intersection of advanced analytics and human expertise, and it provided a unified framework for digital, social, press and paid media assets.
Go-to-Market, Advertising & Analytics Infrastructure
A complete go-to-market foundation was deployed across paid and organic channels. The advertising system included Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns organized by funnel stage and job-specific audiences. This structure supported efficient testing, message refinement and rapid iteration during Feasibly’s launch window.
On the measurement side, GA4, Google Tag Manager and a full conversion taxonomy were implemented, ensuring real-time visibility into performance and enabling optimization across channels.
Audience Intelligence & Targeting
A multi-segment audience architecture was created to support Feasibly’s wide range of commercial real estate users. Using Apollo and internal expertise, five custom audiences were sourced, cleaned and finalized, covering Lenders & Investors, Developers, Construction, Designers & Engineers, Economic Development Agencies and additional niche segments.
This precision targeting ensured Feasibly’s message reached the decision makers who influence project feasibility, risk assessment and capital deployment.
Social Media System & Content Pillars
A content system was built to support consistent on-platform activity through LinkedIn. The pillars were shaped around product education, market insights, feasibility fundamentals, AI literacy and customer use cases.
A full suite of assets—video clips, audio snippets, block quotes, product teasers, and explainer graphics—was produced to drive reach, lift credibility and feed the paid and organic strategy.
Full Stack Execution
The engagement covered brand, identity, website, content, advertising, analytics and ongoing optimization. Everything from visual identity to day-to-day campaign management was handled as a unified system built for speed, clarity and scale.
Feasibly now operates with a structured go-to-market engine capable of supporting rapid growth across multiple sectors, equipped with measurable signals, clear positioning and a flexible campaign architecture.
