Victus Advisors is an industry-leading professional services firm based in Park City, Utah. Website Architecture & Content Engine
A 60-plus-page website was architected and deployed to serve as the center of the marketing system. The buildout included a high-impact homepage, four services pages, seven sector pages, a deep Insights hub and more than 25 case studies. Each case study was rewritten using a clear challenge-solution-benefit structure and designed to flow directly into social and campaign assets.
Staff bios were rebuilt using a narrative style paired with structured mini-lists that humanize the team and strengthen trust. The result is a content ecosystem that can scale, repurpose and anchor paid, organic and sales-driven campaigns.
Expert-Level Writing & Story Development
The system depended on writing that signals authority. All pages, case studies, LinkedIn assets and demand-gen content were crafted in-house by a senior writer with a journalism and digital strategy background. Storytelling expertise was paired with advanced AI input structuring to accelerate production without compromising clarity or tone. This ensured a consistent voice across brand, website, social and campaigns.
Brand Identity System
A refreshed identity unified all touchpoints. The system included updated logos, type, wordmarks, tone and a style guide to standardize design across the website, social media and campaign assets. Consistency at this level helped strengthen recognizability and improved performance across paid channels.
Advertising, Analytics & Conversion Infrastructure
A full measurement and activation layer was installed to support growth. The advertising structure shifted from single-keyword ad groups to single-theme ad groups, improving efficiency and reach. Remarketing and display were added, along with a three-stage LinkedIn funnel tailored to distinct audiences.
On the analytics side, GA4, Google Tag Manager and a complete conversion taxonomy were implemented. This gave leadership clear visibility into performance and ensured every campaign could be optimized, tested and scaled.
Audience Intelligence & Targeting
A custom audience architecture was built using Apollo data enriched with industry expertise. Distinct lists were created for CVBs, sports commissions, municipalities, higher-ed leaders and ownership groups. This allowed for high-intent targeting that matched the firm’s niche and ensured content reached the right decision makers at the right moments.
Social Media System & Content Pillars
AI analysis of more than one hundred past projects informed a set of content pillars that now guide blogs, newsletters and social posts. Case studies were engineered for reuse, allowing each project to feed LinkedIn carousels, teasers and Insights features. This system created a predictable cadence of high-quality content that reinforced the brand voice and improved follower growth.
